LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS

All items purchased from a limited release, collection drop, preorder, or limited quantity restock are FINAL SALE.

Because our collections are produced and stocked in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items, including for sizing.

Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopvictoryvibes.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We'll make it right with a replacement, when available, or a refund.

CORE COLLECTION ITEMS

Eligible items from our core collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

Limited releases, collection drops, preorders, personalized or custom items, clearance items, gift cards, and products marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may begin processing shortly after they're placed. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or canceled.
